Fresh Start will be the benchmark for providers of transitional housing for recovering substance abusers.  Our facilities will provide real life experience in an environment that fosters success upon graduation.

Fresh Start has always been a good neighbor in the communities we serve.  Our facilities will be models of cleanliness and good behavior.  We will strive to educate our clients such that they can re-enter the workforce upon graduation and succeed at a substance-free life.

We believe that education and job-training will have a major positive impact on our residents and our communities—this is the vision we plan to pursue over the five year period from 2008 to 2013.
